After obtaining his LLB from the University of Liverpool, Tariq gained significant in-house experience in both the title insurance and real estate development industries. His insurance experience provided him insight into claims assessment, coverage issues and dispute resolution. As In-House Counsel, Tariq managed a diverse litigation portfolio involving commercial disputes, construction liens, mortgage enforcement, insurance claims and contractual disputes.
Tariq takes a practical and strategic approach to litigation, recognizing that the best result is not always achieved through prolonged litigation.
