In 2020, she transitioned into civil litigation, focusing on insurance defence and Repair and Storage Liens Act matters, and has appeared before Deputy Judges in Small Claims Court on numerous occasions.
Kimberley obtained her JD from the University of Southampton in 2021, graduating with Honour Roll distinction, and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2026. Her practice focuses on insurance defence and RSLA matters.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and walking her Dalmatian.
