Andrew Lima is a litigator with a keen focus on the RSLA and insurance defence. Prior to founding Lima Lee Simovonian LLP, he spent several years as the RSLA Team Lead and Insurance Defence Lawyer at a prominent Toronto law firm. In May 2023, Andrew started his own practice, and in October 2024, along with his partners, started Lima Lee Simovonian LLP.
Andrew represents his clients in complex RSLA actions and has attended countless mediations, motions, and trials. An asset out of court, he also provides his clients with educational seminars regarding RSLA strategies and practices, and is also consulted on RSLA practices outside of Ontario.
